Elaine Robbins, CMRP

Founding Partner

Elaine brings over 35 years of experience in market research in a breadth of areas.

In her previous positions, she has held positions such as Consumer Contact, National Field Director & Production Manager, Director of Operations and Senior Project Director at large research companies such as Environics and Research House.

She has managed studies with sample sizes of over 10,000 and has been involved at every level of the field services process.

Paul Gauthier, CMRP

Founding Partner

Paul has over 25 years of experience in market research.

As Vice President of Research House, Paul managed over 100 research projects a year and was responsible for the day-to-day quantitative operations.

In addition to his research experience, Paul’s in-depth knowledge and passion for the technical side of the business ensures we are utilizing the most advanced technology in the Market Research Industry.

Project Director

Mandy has explored working in a variety of different positions in the market research industry for over 20 years.

While her day-to-day activity focuses on the duties associated with multi-project management she has a keen interest in the technology side of data collection and is always working to find the best / most innovative solutions to ensure delivery of quality data to our clients.

Project Director

With over 30 years working in the market research industry, Grayce has used her extensive experience as a face-to-face interviewer, facility supervisor and field manager to develop a very hands-on, detail oriented approach to project management.

With a keen eye for details and the ability to manage and troubleshoot issues for even the most complicated of projects, she is able to ensure each project is a success from start to finish.
